Fatigue is a hard to quantify but we all know what it means-that sense of waking up ready to go, or being able to make it though the day with good energy. Fatigue is not directly caused by low hormones but testosterone and estrogen are factors, and also relate to quality of sleep, levels of brain chemicals, mood, sex drive, and sense of normalcy. All of these factors can add up to fatigue or lack thereof.
