Joint Pain

Joint pain has many causes but hormones play a role in how joint tissue such as ligaments or tendons can be relaxed or tight. Other factors include amount of daily stretching and exercise, how much water intake, amount of healthy fats in the diet, other chronic conditions such as arthritis, and medication side effects such as anti-cancer drugs. There are certain programs of exercise which can be very effective and reduce joint pain as well as positive effects of menopause hormone medication.
